PAPER PUBLICATION PROCESS
The International Journal of Emerging Knowledge Studies accepts submissions from diverse fields, including engineering, science, technology, management, and other research areas. We welcome review papers, final papers, theses, research articles, and case studies.
Publication Timeline:
- The review process is completed within 3 weeks.
- Accepted papers are published online within 1 week after receiving the reviewer’s acceptance and the copyright agreement.
Steps for Paper Publication:
- Authors submit their papers in Word format through the journal’s submission link: https://ijeks.com/submission/ or via email at connetijeks@gmail.com.
- Upon submission, a paper ID is assigned, and the manuscript is sent to the editorial board for pre-screening.
- If the editorial board approves the submission, it is sent to a reviewer, who will provide comments and a decision (accepted, rejected, or revision required).
- If accepted, an acceptance letter is sent to the author.
- Authors must submit the copyright agreement within the specified time frame.
- Once all processes are completed, the article is published online in a dedicated volume/issue, and the author receives a certificate of publication.

ARTICLE WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND POLICY
Authors may request the withdrawal of their paper before it is formally published. This can occur if the paper violates our publishing policies (e.g., plagiarism, multiple submissions, fraudulent data). In such cases, the International Journal of Emerging Knowledge Studies reserves the right to withdraw the paper.
Withdrawal Policy:
- Authors can withdraw a paper without incurring fees if the request is made within 24 hours of submission or before it is accepted for review.
- Withdrawal due to acceptance by another journal is not allowed.
- Once the peer review process begins or the article is published, withdrawal is not permitted.
- Publication charges, if paid, will not be refunded after peer review or publication.
- The journal will issue a formal manuscript withdrawal letter upon request.
COPYRIGHT POLICY
The International Journal of Emerging Knowledge Studies adheres to an open-access policy under the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC-BY). This allows unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided proper credit is given to the original authors and the source.
Copyright Ownership:
- Authors retain copyright to their articles.
- The journal is granted non-exclusive rights to reproduce, publish, distribute, edit, and translate the work.
- Authors grant the journal permission to make their articles available in all forms and media, ensuring that the article is accessible even as technology evolves.
Author Rights:
- Authors retain the right to:
- Reuse ideas or data in future research.
- Reproduce copies of the article for academic, educational, or teaching purposes.
- Use the published article in presentations (e.g., conferences or seminars).
- Grant permission for the reuse of specific content (e.g., tables or figures).
Journal Rights:
- The journal is granted non-exclusive rights to:
- Reproduce, publish, distribute, edit, and translate the work.
- Adapt and create derivatives of the work.
- Make the article available in all forms and media.
- Enforce copyright on behalf of the author.
AUTHOR WARRANTIES AND DEFINITIONS
Authors warrant that:
- The submission is original and has not been previously published.
- The work is not under consideration by another journal.
- All third-party material included in the submission is properly cited.
- Permission has been obtained for any reused content from other sources.
- The authors confirm that the submission does not contain plagiarized content.
The journal reserves the right to withdraw or reject a paper if it is found at any stage that there is no relationship between the author’s background and the study conducted.
